Minimum Stay

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end by the first day of the following month. A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

Occupancy

There are two bedrooms:

- Master suite: king bed, smart tv, ceiling fan, large closet, large en suite bathroom.
- Guest bedroom: queen bed, smart tv, ceiling fan, large closet, guest bathroom nearby.

Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children.

Smoking

There is no smoking permitted in this home.

Pet Policy

NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL! You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and will confirm approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and a refundable deposit may also apply.

Parties/Events

No parties, events or large group gatherings are permitted.
